Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect my time and allow other clients the opportunity to book, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice: A fee of 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged to the card on file.
No-shows: A fee of 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged to the card on file.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your service to be shortened or rescheduled. If there is not enough time to complete the scheduled service, it may be considered a late cancellation and subject to the 50% cancellation fee.
A valid credit/debit card is required on file to reserve all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. By booking an appointment, you authorize the applicable cancellation or no-show fee to be charged to the card on file.
I understand that emergencies happen, and exceptions may be made at my discretion.
